They've stretched their plots about as far as possible to be even slightly plausible, and if he's going to end up with Cuddy, it's all over. It becomes a domestic scene with him changing diapers, worrying about how to get the little genius into college, etc, and there goes Dr. House!

Like your phrase about watching the rain on tv. That about nails it.Mary Loishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01515655542270431289noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2680602048847357735.post-77588451372950549982010-06-19T09:08:38.166-07:002010-06-19T09:08:38.166-07:00Nice reflection of the tube, ML.

Shallow folks getting money for being shallow...sorry, but that's my take on them in general. "House"
as an ML fave does not surprise me. We also watch. Recently they
seem to be so much alike that I want for plot variety. The 'character' himself seems to set weird precedent for reality,
I think. I suppose there are those who enjoy being treated like a stool specimen for some reason. Some folks begin to believe what they see on TV, ya know. My program
choices are limited due to an intolerance for promotional idiosy. The so-called reality
shows seem to be written by 6th graders where anything can happen but nothing happens in relation to anything else and like Seinfeld's a show about nothing. My feeling is these are made for being close into another's space for the sake of being there because watchers are nowhere and need to be.......involved?
As to couch potatoism and mesmerism
of ML by the media , I had no idea.....maybe some tasty treats, shiny objects, and din are what it's all about......duh..not?jctadage: ones who watch storm on TV never see it rain.
I love TV too. I'd be a tater too if more programs were of my demographic.Mr. Hydenoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2680602048847357735.post-42938932881886696252010-06-08T18:31:42.467-07:002010-06-08T18:31:42.467-07:00I so relate to this & I love the conclusion.
